Are you between 15 and 24 years old and looking for guidance, inspiration, or career advice? The Big Possibilities Flash Mentoring Program connects young people with professionals who can share their experiences and insights to help you explore career paths, set goals, and build confidence in your future!
What is Big Possibilities Menotring?
This is a goal-focused, flexible mentorship experience where you are matched with a mentor based on your career interests and similar lived experiences. Over a minimum of 12 hours, you’ll have the chance to ask questions, learn about different career paths, and gain valuable advice in a supportive environment. Meetings can be virtual or in person.
Who Can Apply?
✅ Youth aged 15 to 24
✅ Able to commit to at least 12 hours of mentorship
✅ Open to virtual or in-person meetings (as available)
How It Works:

- We’ll contact you within 2-3 business days with the application and schedule an interview.
- You get to choose your own mentor! Find the right match based on your interests.
- Plan your mentorship experience and meet for a minimum of 12 hours.
